Robert J. Triozzi
Robert J. Triozzi has served as Cuyahoga County Director of Law since March 2015. As Law Director he leads the County’s Department of Law which provides legal representation and counsel to the County and he assists with advancing the County’s policy initiatives and advocacy agenda. Before joining the County, Triozzi was an attorney with the Cleveland law firm of Calfee, Halter & Griswold, LLP s and previously served as Law Director for the City of Cleveland in the Administration of Mayor Frank G. Jackson. Prior to that, Triozzi was twice elected as Judge of the Cleveland Municipal Court.
Triozzi earned his B.A. in Government and History from Cornell University and law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He and his wife Monica have raised their four children in the Collinwood and Shaker Square neighborhoods of Cleveland.
