When Should I Contact My Healthcare Provider?

Are you concerned about whether to seek medical attention? The following recommendations from the Ohio Department of Health will help you make an informed decision:

Call your healthcare provider immediately if: 

  • You or a loved one have potential COVID-19 symptoms such as fever, cough, and shortness of breath. 

Seek prompt medical attention if: 

  • You or a loved one have difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, persistent pain or pressure in the chest, new confusion or an inability to arouse, or bluish lips or face. 

This list is not all inclusive. Please consult your healthcare provider for any other severe or concerning symptoms.
