The Cuyahoga County Treasury has mailed property tax bills to over 300,000 county residents.

The funds collected from property taxes provide vital revenue to educate our local youth, to provide police and fire protection, maintain our great libraries, and support county services such as job creation and attraction. The last day to pay 2020 Second Half Property Taxes without penalty is Thursday, July 15, 2021.

The Cuyahoga County Treasury Department encourages taxpayers to utilize any of the following payment methods:

  • By Mail: Mail your check or money order and the bottom portion of your tax bill
  • Online: Pay by e-check or credit/debit card
  • By Phone: Call 1-800-272-9829 to pay by credit/debit card, for Spanish speaking: 1-800-487-4567
  • Drop Box: Located at the County Administrative Headquarters, 2079 East Ninth St., Cleveland, OH, for check or money order payments (Right-hand side of main entrance on the exterior of the building).
