The Cuyahoga County Emergency Services Advisory Board Communications Subcommittee was established by Article 5.8 of the Cuyahoga County Emergency Services Advisory Board Bylaws to advise the County Executive on Homeland Security, Public Safety and Emergency Management communication matters in order to enhance the prevention, protection, mitigation, response and recovery capabilities of the County and to make this improved capacity available to municipal corporations and townships.
