Description of Board and Responsibilities:
The responsibility of the Cuyahoga Community College Board of Trustees is to provide advice and policy direction to the administration of the college in order to ensure that the college carries out its mission and meets the requirements of a comprehensive community college in an urban environment.

The Board of Trustees of the Cuyahoga Community College has established
the fourth Thursday of every month at 1:30 p.m. The trustees meet at the
major campus sites during the months of September through December of
