Regular meetings of the Board of Directors shall be held at least quarterly at such time and date as shall be determined from time to time by the Chairman. The meetings shall be held at the offices of the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission or at the Cuyahoga County Administration Building or at such other places within Cuyahoga County, Ohio as may be fixed from time to time by vote of the Directors. The purpose of regular meetings shall be to appropriate funds available for the purposes of the Corporation, receive reports and recommendations from officers and committees of the Corporation, and to consider and act upon any other matter that is necessary or appropriate for action by the Board of Directors of the Corporation.
