Effective September 20, 2019, the Cuyahoga County Clerk of Courts will no longer process notary registrations, renewals, and certifications due to recent changes to Ohio law.

Going forward, the Secretary of State will handle all notary public matters. Notaries will not be required to register with Clerks of Court.
