The Cuyahoga County Clerk of Courts is an authorized Passport Acceptance Facility and accepts passport applications on behalf of the U.S. Department of State.

U.S. citizens planning international travel may apply for passports Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM at the Cuyahoga County Clerk of Courts’ Office located on the 1st floor of the Justice Center, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio. In addition to accepting applications, the Cuyahoga County Clerk of Courts provides passport photo services at a cost of $10 per photograph. No appointment is needed.
