Notice for Public Comment:

Written commentary regarding the requested action should be submitted to Director of Purchasing, Paul Porter at pporter01@cuyahogacounty.gov.

Any party seeking to submit written commentary shall also provide a copy of the written commentary to the Clerk of the Board at carb@cuyahogacounty.gov.

Written public commentary shall be submitted by Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 10:30am. Any person may appear at a Board meeting and provide verbal commentary during the public comment period at the beginning of the Board meeting.
