The officers identified in R.C. 153.36 for Cuyahoga County (i.e., the Clerk of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, the Sheriff of Cuyahoga County, the senior Judge of the Probate Division and the Presiding and Administrative Judge of the Court of Common Pleas [or his designee]) will assemble for the purposes of:

1. Considering whether to approve the plans, drawings, representations, bills of material, and specifications of work, and estimates of the cost for the proposed county jail as part of the Cuyahoga County Central Services Campus.
2. Establishing notice and comment rules.
