The officers identified in R.C. 153.36 for Cuyahoga County (i.e., the Clerk of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, the Sheriff of Cuyahoga County, the senior Judge of the Probate Division and the Presiding and Administrative Judge of the Court of Common Pleas [or his designee]) will assemble at the following time and place:

for the purposes of:

1. Considering a resolution to ratify certain work performed at the proposed county jail at the Cuyahoga County Central Services Center in accordance with the previously approved Plans, Specifications, and Cost Estimates of said project, for purposes of commencement in accordance with Revised Code Section 153.36.

The agenda of this Special Meeting will consist of the following items:

1. Call to Order
2. Pledge of Allegiance
3. Presentation: Jail Plans and Specifications from the Department of Public Works
4. Resolution to ratify certain work performed at the proposed county jail at the Cuyahoga County Central Services Center in accordance with the previously approved Plans, Specifications, and Cost Estimates of said project, for purposes of commencement in accordance with Revised Code Section 153.36.
