The officers identified in R.C. 153.36 for Cuyahoga County (i.e., the Clerk of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, the Sheriff of Cuyahoga County, the senior Judge of the Probate Division and the Presiding and Administrative Judge of the Court of Common Pleas [or his designee]) will assemble at the following time and place:

1. Discussing the progression of the new jail project’s construction;

2. Discussing comments on the new jail project’s 60% plans; and

3. Discussing whether to approve the new jail project’s 60% plans.

The agenda of this Special Meeting will consist of the following items:

2. Pledge of Allegiance
3. Presentation from Nichole English, PE, Cuyahoga County Dept. of Public Works
4. Discussion on the progression of the jail project, comments on the 60% plans and review of the 60% plans
5. Vote on whether to approve the 60% plans
