The Cuyahoga County Fiscal Office is the selling agent for the State of Ohio and is required by law to maintain a list of forfeited properties seized due to nonpayment of real estate taxes and sell those parcels at auction.

  • Tuesday, September 1
  • Wednesday, September 2
  • Thursday, September 3

Time:

  • 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (or until all parcels advertised to be sold that day have been offered)
  • Registration/Check-In: 8:00 a.m.
  • Sale begins: 9:30 a.m.
