Lucas County to Host Public Hearing on Turnpike Issue

CLEVELAND –Cuyahoga County Executive Ed FitzGerald is encouraging residents to attend the Lucas County public hearing scheduled to take place on Monday, August 27, 2012 at the Maumee County Council Chambers, 400 Conant Street, Maumee from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Public hearings are being held in different areas of Northeast Ohio to gather public input and opinion on the potential leasing of the turnpike. The hearings are free and open to the public.
The first hearing was held at the end of July in Lorain County; more than 70 people were in attendance.
