The free event will provide information and resources to the community, and enable customers to apply for utilities assistance programs such as Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP), Percentage of Income Program (PIPP Plus) and Home Weatherization Assistance Program (HWAP). Customers can apply for county benefits programs such as Healthy Start, Child Care and Food Assistance.
There will be a free Utilities Assistance Programs Training Workshop at 1:00 pm; registration is online for the workshop at www.cjfs.cuyahogacounty.us.

Cleveland, OH – Cuyahoga County Job and Family Services, Home Heating and Weatherization Task Force will host a Utilities Resource Fair, at the Collinwood Recreation Center at 16300 Lakeland Blvd, Cleveland, Ohio 44110, on Tuesday, October 22, 2013, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.The free event will provide information and resources to the community, and enable customers to apply for utilities assistance programs such as Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP), Percentage of Income Program (PIPP Plus) and Home Weatherization Assistance Program (HWAP).
