FitzGerald Celebrates Black History Month

Cleveland - Cuyahoga County Executive Ed FitzGerald issued the following statement today in commemoration of Black History Month:
"Black History Month is a time to celebrate the rich culture and significant contributions that African-Americans have made both here in Ohio and across this great nation. Over the years, Ohioans have always cherished our proud history of fighting to advance the civil rights of all Americans. And as we continue this important work, it is critical that we stand united to support equal opportunity for all, fight all forms of discrimination, and finally put an end to injustice wherever it occurs."
