Dwayne T. Fair Jr. turned himself in to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Department today at 4:05 p.m. Fair was wanted for Attempted Murder of a Police Officer, Felonious Assault on a Police Officer, Promoting Prostitution, and Human Trafficking. Cuyahoga County Sheriff Frank Bova would like to thank the Independence Police Department, FBI taskforce, and general public for their partnership and assistance with this case.
This is an ongoing investigation and no additional information will be released at this time.
