Cleveland, Ohio – Cuyahoga County Board of Revisions (BOR) deadline for property owners to file a complaint to dispute real property valuation is Thursday, March 31, 2016. Mailed complaint forms must be U.S. postmarked by Thursday, March 31, 2016. The BOR offers an electronic e-complaint which simplifies the process by allowing two options for property owners: pre-fill the complaint form to print and mail, or submit electronically via e-mail. Filing an electronic e-complaint eliminates the need for the property owner to print, sign, notarize and mail a paper complaint.

“One of my administration’s strategic priorities is to make the county easy to access, so that it works for everyone,” said Cuyahoga County Executive Armond Budish. “As we move forward, we will continue to look for opportunities to make more services online.”
