The Division of Children and Family Services is asking loving, committed adults to consider becoming foster parents for these children who need a safe and supportive home. DCFS especially needs foster parents for small children (infants – preschoolers), teens, and siblings who want to stay together.

There are three ways to learn more about becoming a foster parent:
  • Call the foster and adoption recruitment line at (216) 881-5775
  • Tell us you’re interested by completing an inquiry form.
  • Read our Foster and Adoption Guide for information about training, application, screening, and answers to frequently asked questions.
