Two hour concert to kickoff Foster Care Month

CLEVELAND - In celebration of National Foster Care Month Cuyahoga County Division of Children and Family Services is hosting a night of gospel music to honor the foster families and inspire more adults to help fill the need for foster and kinship caregivers.

Sunday, May 7, 2017
5:00PM
Mt. Zion Congregational Church
10723 Magnolia Drive,
Cleveland, Ohio 44106

Cleveland Heights native, and winner of BET’s Sunday Best gospel singing competition, Geoffrey Golden will perform. Other featured performers include Dr. Terrell Strayhorn, minister, performer and OSU faculty member and the Affinity Baptist Church Choir.

Cuyahoga County currently has over 1,900 children in their care and over 400 children seeking a forever adoptive family. The agency particularly needs families willing to foster or adopt children with special needs, teens and sibling groups. We need single or married adults who are interested in providing a secure and loving home for these children.

Those interested in the event can get FREE tickets here.
