CLEVELAND – The Cuyahoga County Clerk of Courts now accepts passport applications on behalf of the U.S. Department of State.

“We are pleased to offer this service as we continue to bring added services to the residents of Cuyahoga County. This new initiative shows the benefits of driving collaboration with our federal partners,” said Cuyahoga County Executive Armond Budish.

U.S. citizens planning international travel may apply for passports Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM at the Cuyahoga County Clerk of Courts’ Office located on the 1st floor of the Justice Center, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio. In addition to accepting applications, the Cuyahoga County Clerk of Courts will provide passport photo services at a cost of $10 per photograph. No appointment is needed.

“Passport applications are currently accepted in other Clerk of Court offices throughout the state and we are excited to offer these services to the residents of Cuyahoga County. The location and office hours are convenient for downtown residents and employees planning travel and in need of a passport,” says Clerk of Courts Nailah K. Byrd.
