September Series of Job and Career Events

Cleveland – As we celebrate the Labor Day holiday, Cuyahoga County Executive Armond Budish is highlighting local events throughout the month of September to help residents find good-paying jobs and a path to a career.

“Creating good jobs for our residents that lead to a career path is a priority for the county,” said Cuyahoga County Executive Armond Budish. “We are focused on creating opportunities so that every resident is on a path to upward income mobility and career advancement. When our residents thrive, so do our communities.”

Cuyahoga County is leading the way with several community partners to coordinate a wide range of workforce services that help residents get the education, training, and career coaching they need for today’s in-demand jobs, while connecting local businesses with potential employees to fill open positions. By working together, we are transforming workforce services to create a system that meets residents and businesses’ needs.

This month’s events include job fairs, employer open houses, workshops, and other events hosted by local employers, workforce training programs, and educational institutions.
