CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OH – Today the Office of Child Support Services switched to a new automated phone system designed to improve client experience and parents’ access to case information.

Parents who call 216-443-5100 will be able to access their case information 24 hours a day/7 days a week. They should be prepared with their case number in order to check:
  • Current payment information
  • Current arrears balance
  • Date and time for hearings scheduled at the Office of Child Support Services
  • Modification review date

Additionally, clients who need to speak directly with an agent can still do that, but they don’t have wait on hold. They can opt for an automatic call back when a Child Support Agent becomes available.

“We are excited for the opportunity to enhance the customer experience by modernizing resources and expanding options,” said Tiffany Dobbins-Brazelton, Director of the Office of Child Support Services.
