CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OH - The Cuyahoga County Board of Revision is accepting Complaint Forms to protest your property valuation for tax year 2020 through March 31, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. EST. All Complaint Forms must be filed with the Board of Revision by 4:30 p.m. that day or bear a United States postmark of March 31, 2021. Other postmarks are not valid.

There are several ways to obtain a Complaint Form:

  1. File online through our website: https://bor.cuyahogacounty.us. Choose the Complaint Forms & Appeals Form Tab. You can file your Complaint Form online using a valid email address, which bypasses the requirement for a notary.
  2. Print out a hard copy of the Complaint Form which requires you to have the Form notarized.
  3. Contact our office so we can mail you a Complaint Form.
  4. Pick up a Complaint Form directly from the Board of Revision Office located at 2079 East Ninth St. Second Floor, Cleveland, Ohio 44115.

The Board of Revision website provides additional instructions and examples of different types of evidence you can submit that relate to your type of property and support your opinion of value. The more evidence you provide to the board, the stronger your case.

The Board of Revision Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. For more information, visit https://bor.cuyahogacounty.us/, email BORinfo@cuyahogacounty.us or call (216) 443-7195.
