CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OH – Cuyahoga County has named Sheba N. Marshall as the interim Chief Human Resources Officer for the Department of Human Resources.

Prior to becoming interim Chief Human Resources Officer, Marshall served as the Human Resources Director for the Total Rewards group for the County. Prior to that, Marshall worked for Kent State University in their University Benefits division.

Marshall has a Bachelor of Arts from Baldwin Wallace College and an Executive MBA from Kent State University.

“I am pleased to announce Ms. Marshall as our Interim Chief Human Resources Officer,” said County Executive Armond Budish. “She has the respect of her department and the support of the administration. With her leadership, we won’t miss a beat as we recruit employees throughout the organization, complete open enrollment, and work to keep Cuyahoga County a top choice place to work.”

“I’m looking forward to leading my team and supporting the work we all do for the public,” said Marshall. “I’ve been an HR administrator for more than 20 years and recognize Cuyahoga County as a terrific place to work. I want all employees to feel the sense of pride I feel as together we provide excellent public service.”
