CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OH – County Executive Chris Ronayne announced today that Lisa Rocco will serve as the County’s interim Treasurer.

Michael Sweeney, who agreed to step in temporarily as interim Treasurer, returned to the County’s delinquent tax and foreclosure prevention unit that works jointly with the Prosecutor’s Foreclosure Unit. That unit has successfully assisted thousands of residents with navigating the legal systems in order to save their homes.

Ms. Rocco has served in multiple municipal and county financial management positions, most recently as the county’s Director of Operations for the Fiscal Office. She oversees appraisals, real property, transfer and recording, Auto Title and numerous general services. Prior to that she served as Finance Director for the City of Fairview Park.

She will serve as interim while a search for a new Treasurer is conducted.
