Northbound bridge will be closed to traffic beginning August 8, 2023.

CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OH – The Cuyahoga County Department of Public Works is moving to the next phase in the Warrensville Center Road Bridges Construction Project, which will involve building crossovers to temporarily reroute traffic in Shaker Heights.

Beginning August 8, 2023, the northbound bridge for Warrensville Center Road will be closed to all traffic. Motorists will be diverted to the southbound bridge, which will carry two-way traffic until Phase 1 of the project is completed.

Additionally, during this phase, all left turns will be prohibited for southbound Warrensville Center Road traffic at Shaker Boulevard and for northbound Warrensville Center Road traffic at Shaker Boulevard.

The estimated completion time is late spring 2024.
