Discussion on prevention, service delivery and the challenges that lie ahead

Fairview Park, OH – Cuyahoga County Councilman Dave Greenspan will host a Town Hall Meeting on March 9th, at 7:00 pm at the Fairview Park City Hall featuring representatives from the Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services (ADAMHS) Board of Cuyahoga County. Guest speakers include Valeria A. Harper, Vice President of Operations and Scott S. Osiecki, Chief of External Affairs. The ADAMHS Board plans, funds, and monitors public mental health, alcohol and other drug addiction services that are delivered to the residents of Cuyahoga County.

This Town Hall Meeting will provide discussion on the heroin and fentanyl epidemic, marijuana use for medical purposes, Recovery-Oriented System of Care, State and local funding, and the Health & Human Services Issue 23. “ It’s imperative that we continue to raise awareness of the prevalence of prescription drug and heroin abuse in our communities in order to educate residents about available treatment options and recovery services,” states Councilman Dave Greenspan.

All Cuyahoga County residents are encouraged to attend.
