CUYAHOGA COUNTY - Cuyahoga County is currently experiencing some disruptions in technology services connected to global outages. Emergency services including 9-1-1 (Cuyahoga Emergency Communications System) and 216-696-KIDS (Child Abuse Hotline) remain operable.

Due to statewide outages, the Cuyahoga Job and Family Services (CCJFS) Contact Center is unable to serve clients. Clients may access the Self-Service Portal to view their benefits at www.benefits.ohio.gov. CCJFS is currently unable to approve benefits for clients or add new documents to the system.

The Cuyahoga County Auto Title Division is temporarily closed due to the outage. Residents seeking auto title services on Saturday are advised to call ahead before visiting a title bureau location.

The County Department of Information Technology continues to validate various services. Additional updates will be provided as information becomes available.
