“Our communities benefit greatly from the unique talents and ideas of our local vendors,” said Cuyahoga County Executive Chris Ronayne. “The forecast is more than just a list of projects; it's an opportunity for vendors to connect with Cuyahoga County and be part of something bigger. We’re committed to opening doors for businesses of all sizes and ensuring that everyone has the chance to work with us.”
The Forecast of Purchasing and Contracting Opportunities aims to increase competition and encourage participation by Small Business Enterprises (SBEs), Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs), and Women Business Enterprises (WBEs).
“Cuyahoga County's contracting process is transparent and easy to access,” said Lenora M. Lockett, Director of the County’s Department of Equity and Inclusion.
“Our forecast gives businesses a preview of upcoming opportunities, so they have time to plan for bids. We are especially excited to see more local, minority-owned, and women-owned businesses getting involved.”
