New Website Launched to Improve Access to Cuyahoga County Health and Human Services
Cuyahoga County, OH - The Cuyahoga County Department of Health and Human services has launched an updated website aimed at helping residents find and access services faster and easier.
The website uses the same web address https://hhs.cuyahogacounty.gov/ but features a more modern design, improved navigation, and a better overall user experience.
Department of Health and Human Services is made up of eight divisions and offices serving children, adults, seniors, and families across Cuyahoga County. The new design brings the most used and requested services to the forefront for easier access, while featuring important announcements and upcoming events, plus a full listing of all our services, departments, and resources.
It also includes an accessibility tool for users who may be visually impaired or need information in a different language. Our goal is to make information and services easier to access for everyone.
“We know many people in our community are struggling, maybe with food, childcare, housing, or other basic things families need to survive,” said David Merriman, Director of the Cuyahoga County Department of Health and Human Services. “We want to make it as easy as possible for people to find what they need, especially in a digital age where people are on their phones and online.”
As part of this transition, some pages, documents, and services may now be located in a different area of the site than they were previously. Users who saved bookmarks to pages on the old website may need to update those bookmarks. If the site does not appear correctly right away, try refreshing your browser or clearing your cache to ensure you are viewing the most current version.
