Update: The Cuyahoga County Division of Children and Family Services has identified the little girl found in the area of E. 69th Street and Hough Ave this morning. The girl is safe while DCFS is in communication with relatives and continues to investigate the matter.

CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OH – The Cuyahoga County Division of Children and Family Services is asking for the public’s help to find the parent or guardian for a child found this morning in the area of E. 69th Street and Hough Ave in Cleveland.

Cleveland Police received a call that a bystander found a little girl wandering alone around 9:00 a.m. Officers searched the area but have not been able to find the child’s parent or caregiver.

The girl is estimated to be between 3-4 year old. She was dressed in light blue jeans, red shirt and white sandals. Her hair is in braids with black and red beads.
