Winter in Northeast Ohio doesn’t have to be spent indoors hiding from the snow. There’s so much to do and see in your city, especially around the holidays, that not even the low temps should keep you from missing out. Did you know there’s a list of must see Christmas lights in Ohio? And 29 of the must sees are right here in Cuyahoga County (most are even drive through)! Also, we can’t forget about A Christmas Story. The house and museum from the holiday classic are right in Tremont and offer guided tours just about every day. 11/22 - 3/2 – Tobogganing at the Metroparks
No Snow Required! Experience the icy thrill of tobogganing at The Chalet in Mill Stream Run Reservation in Strongsville. The twin, 700-foot refrigerated ice chutes operate with or without snow through early March, weather permitting. Find times and pricing on the Cleveland Metroparks website. 

1/2 - 1/6 – Cleveland Monsters Skating Rink
Crocker Park and the Cleveland Monsters are brining an outdoor skating rink to Crocker Park in front of Regal Cinema. The skating rink will be open from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Saturdays and 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Sundays during the holiday season. 02/09 – Winter Wonderland Family Fun Day
This Family Fun Day outing is an indoor and outdoor event where you can celebrate, explore and make your own masterpiece of art. Find details and buy tickets on the Winter Wonderland Family Fun Day Eventbrite page. 

2/23 – Brite Winter 2019
A free event at the Flats West Bank, Brite Winter is Celebrating 10 years of community winter fun in Cleveland. Stop by for a night music from local musicians or spark your creativity with local artists. Details: Brite Winter Festival Information 

Rockefeller Park Greenhouse
The Rockefeller Park Greenhouse on East 88th Street in Cleveland is a City-owned botanical garden and greenhouse that offers specialty plant collections, seasonal floral displays and theme gardens. This beautiful, sustainable and environmentally friendly place provides an inviting experience, especially during the holiday season. The greenhouse is open daily from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Cleveland Museum of Art
The Cleveland Museum of Art is one of the last great museums to still offer free admission to its permanent exhibits. They’re open Tuesday through Sunday with collections that will interest the whole family. They also display special exhibitions that rotate throughout the year, but these come with an admissions cost. Check the Cleveland Museum of Art's website to see what's on display. 

International Women's Air & Space Museum
Open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM with free admission, the International Women's Air & Space Museum collects, preserves and showcases the history and culture of women in all areas of aviation & aerospace; educates people of the world about their contributions; and inspires future generations by bringing the history to life. The Great Lakes Science Center

Museum of Contemporary Art
Cleveland’s Museum of Contemporary Art (moCa) plays an urgent and exciting role in the city's cultural landscape. As a non-collecting institution and the region’s only contemporary art museum, moCa is ever-changing, introducing new exhibitions three times a year and creating fresh experiences for visitors each season. Cleveland Museum of Natural History
