Notice is hereby given that on April 22, 2021, a public hearing will be held will be held by the County of Cuyahoga, Ohio (the “County”) at the following telephone number: (646) 876-9923,,95098668998# and via videoconference at https://tuckerellis.zoom.us/j/95098668998; Meeting ID: 950 9866 8998, commencing at 10:00 a.m. local time (E.D.T.), with respect to the proposed issuance of County of Cuyahoga, Ohio Health Care Facilities Revenue Bonds, Series 2021 (Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network Project), in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $13,000,000 (the “Bonds”), which Bonds shall be qualified 501(c)(3) bonds as defined in Internal Revenue Code Section 145. The proceeds of the Bonds are to be used for the purposes of (A) paying costs related to acquisition, construction, improvement, furnishing and equipping of certain health care facilities, including capitalized interest during the construction period and (B) paying certain costs of issuance of the Bonds, not to exceed 2% of the sale proceeds. The facilities being financed with proceeds of the Bonds are located at 26376 John Road in Olmsted Township, Ohio. The financed facilities will be leased by the County to Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network (the “Borrower”). The initial operator of the financed facilities will be the Borrower. This public hearing is required by section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code. Persons wishing to express their views on the proposed bond issuance may appear at the hearing or may submit their views in writing regarding the proposed issue of bonds and the location and nature of the facilities to be financed.
