PUBLIC NOTICE: Manufacturing Advocacy & Growth Network Inc.
MAGNET – New Cleveland Headquarters (1800 East 63RD Street)


Notice is hereby given that Manufacturing Advocacy & Growth Network Inc. (“MAGNET”) is securing a $500,000 U.S. E.P.A. Brownfield clean-up loan through the Cuyahoga County Department of Development Brownfield program to assist with an estimated $500,000 in environmental remediation costs. These environmental remediation activities will include the removal of asbestos and other regulated materials from the building, the installation of a vapor extraction system and possibly some soil removal. Remediation activities will be completed prior to redevelopment of the property located at 1800 East 63rd Street in Cleveland, Ohio into the new Cleveland headquarters for MAGNET.

This site will be a manufacturing innovation and workforce hub with LEED certification, creating more than 20 full time equivalent jobs over a 5-year period.

The analysis of brownfield cleanup alternatives, along with other documents relating to the remediation of the property, will be available for public inspection at the following repository location until August 15, 2021:
