Cuyahoga County Conducts Forfeited Lands Sale

CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OH – The Cuyahoga County Fiscal Office will be conducting a State of Ohio Forfeiture Land Sale from August 27-August 29, 2024. The Fiscal Officer is the selling agent for the State of Ohio and is required by law to maintain a list of forfeited properties seized due to nonpayment of real estate taxes.

 

Details for the sale are as follows:

WHAT:

Forfeited Land Sale

 

WHEN:

August 27-29, 2024

Registration/check-in: 8:00 a.m.

Sale begins: 9:30 a.m.

 

WHERE:

Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland (Grand Ballroom)

300 Lakeside Ave. East, Cleveland

 

Pre-registration is not required for the land sale. Please note that all purchases of real estate are “buyer beware,” and it is strongly recommended that each buyer contact a real estate attorney and/or title company prior to the sale.
