Cuyahoga County Announces New Appointments for Cuyahoga County Community Improvement Corporation

CLEVELAND – Cuyahoga County announces the new appointments for the Cuyahoga County Community Improvement Corporation (CCCIC). The Cuyahoga County Community Improvement Corporation serves for the sole purpose of advancing, encouraging and promoting the industrial, economic, commercial and civic development of Cuyahoga County. The Corporation serves as Cuyahoga County's review agent for industrial revenue bond financing and economic development lending activity.
“I would like to welcome our new CCCIC board members and give a special thank you to all members for their time, support and dedication,” said Cuyahoga County Executive Armond Budish. “We are committed to the creation and attraction of jobs throughout Cuyahoga County. The CCCIC board members do a great job of vetting economic development projects, continuing the momentum of our County renaissance, and helping increase the economic vibrancy of our region”
New appointments include:
Luis Cartegena, Inclusion Officer, Cuyahoga County
Joe Farris, Investment & Cash Management Officer, Cuyahoga County
Brian Hall, Entrepreneur and Senior Leadership Team, Greater Cleveland Partnership
Dennis Kennedy, Fiscal Officer, Cuyahoga County
Tania Menesse, Director of Economic Development, City of Shaker Heights
Michael Obi, Entrepreneur and Chairman and CEO, Spectrum Global Solutions
Kahlil Seren, Research and Policy Analyst, Cuyahoga County Council
Jeff Bechtel, Senior Vice President, Chief Lending Officer of First Federal Lakewood, has agreed to chair the CCCIC for a second term. The eleven board members serve a three-year term.
