CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OH – Cuyahoga County has named David Ray as the new County Engineer and Design and Construction Administrator. Ray started with the County on Tuesday, October 12.

As County Engineer, Ray will oversee the design, maintenance and construction for the road, bridge and sanitary divisions in the Department of Public Works.
