CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OH - This morning, dignitaries, community leaders, friends and family gathered to celebrate the ceremonial inauguration of County Executive Chris Ronayne.

The program began with the raising of the colors, performed by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Department Honor Guard, a poem from Doc Janning, the inaugural poet laureate of South Euclid, and readings from the Ronayne family. Remarks were made by Parma Mayor Timothy DeGeeter and Cleveland Mayor Justin M. Bibb, with the swearing in performed by Judge Michael J. Ryan, Eighth Court of Appeals. The invocation and benediction were performed by Reverend Dr. Kenneth W. Chalker and County Council President Pernel Jones Jr., respectively.
