CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OH – Cuyahoga County has unveiled a new program designed to help residents avoid unnecessary costs and delays in settling an estate. The Great Estates Program provides guidance and documents for real estate, bank accounts, motor vehicles, and other personal property, to ensure that assets are passed directly to the beneficiary intended.

There are three public outreach events scheduled where representatives from the County’s Fiscal Office and Cuyahoga County Probate Court will be available to provide residents with a Great Estates Program Kit. The kit includes documents needed for real estate and motor vehicle title transfer. Representatives will answer questions about how to fill out and file the appropriate paperwork and be available to process real estate affidavits on site.

The Great Estates Outreach Events are:

October 11 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Warrensville Heights Library
4415 Northfield Road, Warrensville

October 18 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Parma-Snow Library
2121 Snow Road, Parma

October 25 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Westlake Library
27333 Center Ridge Road, Westlake

Registration is encouraged. Great Estates Program Kits are available at Cuyahoga County Public Library branches and Cuyahoga County Auto Title Bureau locations.
