CUYAHOGA COUNTY — Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) customers will receive their remaining benefits by the end of the week.

The Cuyahoga Job and Family Services Eligibility Contact Center is currently experiencing a high volume of calls. To minimize wait times, we’re encouraging residents to check their balance using the ConnectEBT mobile app or by logging into the Ohio Benefits Self Service Portal at benefits.ohio.gov.

The State of Ohio has calculated the total SNAP benefit amounts that households are eligible to receive for November. Any partial benefits issued between November 12 and 14 have been deducted from the total.

SNAP benefits are expected to return to their normal distribution schedule in December.
