CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OH – Cuyahoga County today announced the formal closure of the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Cuyahoga County Justice Center project, as stipulated in the Courthouse agreement finalized on May 18, 2026.

Under the new agreement, the County will invest a minimum of $161.6 million, alongside additional contingent funding sources that could bring the total amount to $200 million, to renovate and modernize existing court facilities, unless a new location for the Courts is agreed upon.
