Cuyahoga County Family Fun Day Returns to Public Square on August 11th
Back-to-school event features school supplies, resources, & fun activities
CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OH - Cuyahoga County is excited to celebrate the 2026 Family Fun Day, a community event promoting child and family resources and Child Support Awareness Month. Initially designed to raise awareness, the event has grown into an annual summer tradition, providing hundreds of children in Cuyahoga County with book bags, school supplies and fun activities. The event will occur rain or shine.
Event Details:
- Date: Tuesday, August 11th
- Time: 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
- Location: Public Square, on the Green
Activities Include:
- Engaging activities, games, face-painting, music, and entertainment for all ages
- Valuable resources from more than 65 county, educational, and community service agencies
- Distribution of book bags and school supplies on a first come-first served basis, while supplies last (children must be present)
Child Support Program Impact:
One in five children are involved in and impacted by Ohio’s child support program. This event provides important resources to support families and the healthy development of children in our community.
