Fiscal and Grant Services
The Division of Fiscal & Grant Services is responsible for administering all fiscal operations of the Department. Functions include budget monitoring, forecasting and reporting; procurement; and oversight of public safety and justice service-related grants (i.e., homeland security, criminal justice, forensic science, victim services and emergency planning.)

Application to Cuyahoga County for release of fees collected for marriage licenses and other costs in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code (ORC) 3113.35, 3113.36, and 3113.38 and that are to be used for the funding of the Domestic Violence Shelter.
