Current Zone: 

  • Two Temporary Fully Actuated Traffic Signals on Miles Rd. and Three Temporary Fully Actuated Traffic Signals on Chagrin River Rd and Sulphur Springs Dr.
  • Phase 2A MOT in place. This includes closure of EB lane on Miles Rd where one way traffic is maintained on WB lane. SB lane on Chagrin Rd is closed and one way traffic is maintained on NB lane. Sulphur Springs Drive is closed for 75 days.

     

    Current Work:

  • Contractor closed Sulphur Springs Drive per 2A phase of the project for 75 allowable days. Sulphur Springs road has been removed for re-alignment. Current work is being done to compact the subgrade, perform cement stabilization, and pave asphalt road base.

  • Two temporary fully actuated traffic Signals on Miles Road and three temporary fully actuated traffic signals on Chagrin River Road and Sulphur Springs Drive.
  • Phase 1A MOT in place. This includes closure of WB lane on Miles Road where one way traffic is maintained on EB lane. NB lane on Chagrin Road. is closed and one way traffic is maintained on SB lane.

Current Work:

  • The contractor is working on building the Sulphur Springs extension to Miles Road. This included building subgrade, performing cement stabilization, placing stone and asphalt roadway.
  • New traffic support foundations for the new Miles Road and Sulphur Intersection have been installed.

Current Work:

  • The contractor is working on installing permanent signals on Miles Road for the new intersection placement. They also brought in fill dirt to begin spreading for the new Sulphur Drive extension.
