• Bagley Road's current project zone is from Lindbergh Blvd.to N Rocky River Drive.
• Traffic is two-way with single lanes in either direction (with left turn lanes at intersections).
• On 9/1 the temporary driving lanes are on the north side of the existing road (while the zone of work was in the southern lanes) will be switched so that the new temporary driving lanes will be in the southern lanes (with same two-way traffic described in the initial bullet point above) so work can proceed on the northern lanes.
• The project will be performed in quadrants. Now that quadrant one has been paved with intermediate asphalt, work will begin on quadrant two for the northern lanes from Lindbergh to N. Rocky River Drive.
• Contractor has performed concrete base pavement repairs, casting adjustments, and intermediate asphalt paving in this quadrant (additionally the North Rocky Rover Bridge has had deck sealing and approach slab repairs in the southern lanes and this work will be repeated in the northern bridge lanes after the traffic switch). After the traffic switch to quadrant 2, milling work will begin in the northern lanes in early September.
• Intermediate asphalt work anticipated to be completed in this quadrant 2 in early fall. Surface asphalt work anticipated to be completed in BOTH quadrants shortly after.
• The Lindbergh to N Rocky River Drive portion of the project for the south and north lanes (quadrants 1 & 2 ) have an anticipated completion of November 15, 2026. Upon completion of this date, the contractor will be de-mobilized from the site and remove the construction zone until Spring 2027.
• The N Rocky River Drive to Beech portion of the project for the south and north lanes (quadrants 3 & 4 ) will begin work in April of 2027 with an anticipated completion of August 2027.

August 4, 2026

• The temporary driving lanes are on the north side of the existing road while the work zone is currently being performed in the Southern lanes.
• The project will be performed in quadrants (with the area described above being quadrant 1 and quadrant 2 will be the northern lanes from Lindbergh Blvd. to N Rocky River Drive).
• Contractor performed asphalt milling in this first quadrant and began removing the marked concrete repair locations and concrete replacement has started.
• Intermediate asphalt work anticipated to be completed in this quadrant this summer (in addition to N Rocky River bridge deck work).
• The Lindbergh Blvd. to N Rocky River Drive portion of the project for the south and north lanes (Quadrants 1 & 2) have an anticipated completion of November 15th 2026.
• Upon completion of this date, the contractor will de-mobilize from the site and remove the construction zone until Spring 2027.
• The N Rocky River Drive to Beech Street portion of the project for the south and north lanes (Quadrants 3 & 4) will begin work in April of 2027 with an anticipated completion of August 2027.
