August 4, 2026

  • Access to the Service Department and Community Center continues to be provided via Bagley Road, and to the Town Hall via Cook Road.
  • Intersection of Cook Road and Fitch Road has been re-opened with full access to east and west bound traffic on Cook Road.
  • Fitch Road is closed to through traffic from the north and the south of the intersection. Detour is in place.
  • Installation of the sanitary sewer and the laterals are ongoing.
  • Culvert repair/replacement is ongoing.

 

June 23, 2026

  • Access to the Service Department and Community Center continues to be provided via Bagley Road, and to the Town Hall via Cook Road.
  • Intersection of Cook Road and Fitch Road has been re-opened with full access to east and west bound traffic on Cook Road.
  • Fitch Road is closed to through traffic from the north and the south of the intersection. Detour is in place.
  • Installation of the sanitary sewer and the laterals are ongoing.
  • Storm sewer installation has begun. 
  • Culvert repair/replacement is ongoing. 

 

June 1, 2026

  • Road is close to through traffic from Cook Road to the southern project limit.
  • Access to the Service Department and Community Center is provided via Bagley Road.
  • Detour is being maintained Bagley Road to Stearns Road, Stearns Road to Cook Road, Cook Road to Fitch Road.
  • The installation of laterals is ongoing.
  • Culvert repair/replacement is ongoing.
  • The intersection of Cook Road and Ritch Road will be closed for 5 days, beginning on Monday, June 8th through Friday, June 12th.
  • Detours and message boards are posted for this closure.

 

May 4, 2026

  • Road is close to through traffic from Cook Road to the southern project limit.
  • Access to the Service Department and Community Center is provided via Bagley Road.
  • Detour is being maintained Bagley Road to Stearns Road, Stearns Road to Cook Road, Cook Road to Fitch Road.
  • Excavation for the installation of the new sanitary sewers is ongoing as of April 30th, roughly 670 feet and one manhole have been installed working north towards Cook Road. 

 

April 2, 2026

  • Road is close to through traffic from Cook Road to the southern project limit.
  • Access to the Service Department and Community Center is provided via Bagley Road.
  • Detour is being maintained Bagley Road to Stearns Road to Cook Road, Cook Road to Fitch Road.
