January 8, 2025

  • The detour has been removed and the road is open to traffic.
  • The widening portion of the project is complete.
  • Sidewalk and drive aprons replacement on the west side of the project is complete.
  • Contractor will return in the spring to begin resurfacing the road from Lorain Road to Marion Road.
  • Best management practices (BMP) are in place for erosion control. 

December 3, 2024

Road will open to traffic around mid-December.   All lanes will remain open until Spring when one-way traffic between Lorain Rd. and Marion Rd. will be implemented to complete the project.

  • The chip seal and intermediate paving is complete.
  • Sidewalk and drive aprons replacement on the west side of the project is in progress.
  • This phase of work is anticipated to be completed in late 2024.
  • The road remains closed northbound with a detour route posted.
  • Best management practices (BMP) are in place for erosion control.

 

November 1, 2024

  • The widening phase of Clague Rd. at Maple Ridge Rd. is in progress to install a left turn lane.
  • Sidewalk and drive aprons have been poured on the east side of project.
  • Seeding and mulching is in progress.
  • This phase of work is anticipated to be completed in late 2024.
  • The road remains closed northbound with a detour route posted. • Best management practices (BMP) are in place for erosion control.

 

October 9, 2024

  • The widening phase of Clague Rd. at Maple Ridge Rd. is in process to install a left turn lane.
  • This phase of work is anticipated to be completed late 2024.
  • The road remains closed northbound with a detour route posted.
  • Best management practices (BMP) are in place for erosion control.
