Progress:

• Haynes Construction continued to break up existing concrete debris along the shoreline from NEORSD CSO #207 heading west to Villa Beach. Existing rubble and broken concrete from shoreline will be processed and utilized for proposed embankment.
• Haynes Construction also continued placement of proposed stone revetment between CSO #206 and CSO #207. The contractor placed limestone armor stone, core stone, and filter stone.

Work Expected in the Next Two Weeks:

• Haynes is scheduled to continue adding stone revetment including core and filter stone between NEORSD CSO #206 and #207 and will continue to place and compact embankment material from Euclid Beach pier to NEORSD CSO #206.

September 1, 2026

Progress:

• Haynes Construction continues to process existing rubble from shoreline from NEORSD CSO #27 heading west. Processed rubble will be utilized for proposed embankment.
• Haynes Construction also continued placement of proposed stone revetment from between CSO #206 and CSO #207. The contractor excavated trench into lakebed and placed limestone toe stone, core stone, filter stone, and armor stone.

Work Expected in the Next Two Weeks:

• Haynes is scheduled to place and compact embankment between NEORSD CSO #206 and #207.
• The contractor will also continue placement of stone revetment in same area.

August 19, 2026

Progress:

• Haynes Construction continues to process existing rubble from shoreline. Processed rubble will be utilized for proposed embankment.
• Haynes Construction continued proposed stone revetment from between CSO #206 and CSO #207.
• Contractor excavated trench into lakebed and placed limestone tor stone, core stone, filter stone, and armor stone.

August 3, 2026

Progress:

• Haynes Construction continues to process existing rubble from shoreline and lakebed between CSO #207.
• Processed rubble will be utilized for embankment.
• Haynes Construction began proposed stone revetment from Euclid Beach pier to CSO #206 and began stone revetment between CSO #206 and CSO #207.
• The contractor excavated trench into lakebed and placed limestone toe stone, core stone, filter stone, and armor stone.

July 15, 2026

Progress:

• Haynes Construction continues to process existing rubble from shoreline from Euclid Beach pier to NEORSD CSO #206 and between CSO #206 and CSO #207. Processed rubble will be utilized for embankment.
• Haynes Construction began proposed stone revetment from Euclid Beach pier to CSO #206. The contractor excavated trench into lakebed and placed limestone toe stone, core stone, filter stone, and armor stone.

July 1, 2026

Progress:

• Haynes Construction established access road to shoreline, and staging area, at E. 156^th Street through NEORSD property.
• Haynes continued work at NEORSD CSO #206, constructing a ramp over outfall, to access shoreline between CSO #206 and CSO #207.
• Contractor is scheduled to begin in-water work beginning on July 1^st from Euclid Beach Park to CSO #206 and will continue processing existing rubble from lake and shoreline.

Progress:

• Haynes Construction completed staging area and access ramp to shoreline.
• Haynes Construction continues to crush existing shoreline rubble for use as proposed embankment working east to west from Euclid Beach Park STA 27+50 to NEORSD CSO #207 STA 18+12. The contractor is scheduled to begin in water work on 7-1-26.

June 1, 2026

Progress:

• Haynes Construction performed pre-construction video, as required, prior to mobilizing/beginning construction.
• Haynes mobilized to project and began construction and stabilization of staging area and access ramp to shoreline in Metroparks Euclid Beach Park.
• Shoreline work began starting at Euclid Beach Park proceeding east to west scheduled for the week of 6-1-26.
