North Marginal Connector / Mandel Community Trail


Description:

A 2.7-mile multi-modal enhancement to North Marginal Road, which will include an off road 10’-wide shared use path.

Benefits:

Project will provide a multi-modal connection from E. 9th to E. 55th Street, which will link NE Ohio’s two largest employment centers, Downtown Cleveland and University Circle, via the Harrison Dillard Bikeway.

Status:

Currently under construction, with completion scheduled by August 2026.
